I had a really good experience with Rob Parker Plumbing & Heating. He turned up when he said he would, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and did the job properly without cutting corners. Everything was left tidy and working as it should. It’s nice to deal with someone reliable and straightforward.
Great job from Rob - came out within 20 minutes of emergency call and sorted the immediate problem, and then did the full repairs quickly afterwards. Really fair prices, easy to deal with, tidy work. Thanks Rob!

Having not dealt with Rob before and being let down by other plumbers in the past, I found Rob on a Trader review site last week. He was a pleasure from the start, very informative and was able to come out at reasonably short notice to fix a leaking toilet that we had been instructed to get fixed by Bristol Water urgently. What I thought was a simple job turned out to be a more complex job that took Rob nearly three hours but he didn't complain at all and also stuck to the original quote. He seems to have fixed the leak and he left things clean and tidy. I would have no issues recommending Rob to others...More reviews+12
Rob is a good old-fashioned no nonsense tradesman who came out a short notice on a Saturday morning to sort my leaking toilet. He gave me his hourly rate (£40 PH) and suggested I fetch the part whilst he cracks on with the job. The result - a great job in minimum time and at minimum cost. I would have no problem in recommending Rob.

Thank you very much. I don't usually work weekends but when I do I don't charge a premium. My rate of £40/hr is only applicable within Nailsea.
Rob is an excellent plumber! Very pragmatic, he can think round any problem I've thrown at him. Very reasonable rates, I'd recommend Rob to anyone!

Extremely happy! I needed a new kitchen sink and taps fitted and new taps in the bathroom. Rob came round the same day that I phoned him and gave a very reasonable quote. After a couple of days the work was done. Rob is friendly, and professional. Thankyou Rob....my sink and taps are fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Second time using Rob for plumbing work (different jobs). Managed to find several leaks in our central heating system that was causing our boiler to lose pressure. Quickly repaired them and tested to make sure the issue was resolved. Very reasonably priced, friendly and professional.

Rob was very pleasant to work with. He offered good objective advice, did exactly what he said he would do, and was more than fair and reasonable in his quotes. Highly recommended, and we’ll be calling him out again when we need!!
Rob replaced a faulty 3 way valve and fitted thermostatic radiator valves for us. Really decent, genuine guy who will give you honest advice. Knows his stuff and the heating system is now finally working well after his visit!
First time using Rob after a leak in the cistern. Many thanks for Keith and Rob for doing a great job, in replacing the toilet, as ours was on its last leg. I would Definitely recommend to other people.

Rob helped us in very short notice. Because of him we were able to locate and stop the leak under floor. He presented professionalism and determination. I would highly recommend him.

Central heating went down late afternoon on New Year's Eve 2020. By telephone and text messages, Rob Parker managed to get the heating back on (thermostat problem). It was the first time we had used Mr Parker and found his support and assistance excellent. All round good experience.
